It's okay to have off days

Some days the trail is steep and the fog is thick. You did everything you planned and it still felt heavy. Or you did none of it, and you're not sure why.
A day like that doesn't undo the steps you've already taken, and one day tells you very little about how the month is going.
On an off day, the bar can be low:
•
Eat something real.
•
Step outside, even for five minutes.
•
Do the check-in, even if the honest word is Heavy.
•
Go to bed a little early.
If today is one of those days, you can say so here, in a reply or a post of your own. You don't have to explain: "today is heavy" is enough. Lead with care is the first of the guidelines here, and it applies to every reply.
If today feels like more than an off day, please read the pinned post at the top of this category.
