Quit porn, one day and one step at a time
A calm, private companion for the habit you're ready to leave behind. Breathe through the urge, remember your reasons, and take the next step.
Coming soon
It's late, the house is quiet, and the urge arrives. Stillmonk is built for that night: one button to breathe through it, your own reasons to read back, and one more step up the mountain.
What you'll find inside.
Four quiet tools, one for each kind of hard moment. This is the real app, not a mockup of one.
Exercises for the urge
Guided breathing and urge surfing, timed and gentle, built for the minute the pull is loudest.
Sage, at any hour
An AI companion to talk it through at 2am, honest on screen about what it is and what it is not.
A quiet library
Short practices, stories and reflections, most of them two minutes, for wherever you are on the climb.
Notes by the fire
Leave a note when something is true, read climbers further up the trail, and answer with cheers, not likes.
What you can count on
One day, one step
Every clean day moves your monk one step higher. That day count is the only number here.
Calm by design
Soft pixel art and quiet screens made to slow you down. Nothing flashes, nothing nags.
Quiet company
A fox walks the whole climb beside you, for something you'd rather not announce.
No shame, ever
A slip is a setback, not the end of the climb. Your longest climb is always kept.
You don't have to be someone new today. Just start with today. Tomorrow isn't your problem yet. The mountain will still be here. One day is the whole ask.

Questions, answered plainly.
What does Stillmonk actually do?
It counts the days you have been clean and moves your monk one step up the mountain for each one. For the moment an urge arrives there is one button: guided breathing, urge surfing, and the reasons you wrote down while you were thinking clearly. Around that sit Sage, an AI guide you can talk to at any hour, a small library of practices and stories, and a fireside board for notes from other climbers.
That is the whole app. There is no doomscroll feed, no notifications begging you back, and nothing to optimise.
Is my climb private?
Your climb belongs to your own account and is protected by access controls. There is no friends list, no leaderboard, and nothing is shared unless you choose to post a note by the fire, which shows only a first name and your day count. We do not sell what you tell us.
The full detail is in the privacy policy.
What happens if I slip?
The day count starts again, and your longest climb is kept and shown next to it. A slip is a setback, not the end of the climb.
Nothing in the app will call you a failure, and nothing is taken away as a punishment.
Is Stillmonk therapy or treatment?
No. Stillmonk is not a clinic, a diagnosis or a substitute for professional care, and it does not claim to cure anything. It is a calm companion for a hard, private habit.
If you are in crisis, or you want clinical help, please talk to a doctor or a licensed therapist.
What will it cost?
Stillmonk is a paid app. It is not free with ads, and it does not sell what you share. Yearly is $59.99, monthly is $12.99, and there is a $149.99 pay-once option. Both subscriptions come with a 3 day trial if you are eligible.
The full detail is in what it costs. Prices show in your own currency before you pay, and you cancel in your app-store subscription settings.
When can I get it?
It is not out yet. Stillmonk is coming to iOS and Android, and we are not going to invent a date we cannot keep.
Leave your email below and we will write once, on the day it opens.
