How do I delete my account, and what goes with it?
In the app: Settings, then Delete account, at the bottom. The app asks you to confirm first, because it cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your Stillmonk account, and what is stored on our servers for it: your climb, your preferences, up to three trusted people, your private notes and your Sage history. Your community profile, posts, comments, likes, reports and mutes are deleted with it. A comment of yours that others replied to leaves "This comment was removed" in its place, so their replies stay.
What is not
•
Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it first in Settings, Plan, Manage or cancel plan, or in your phone's subscription settings.

Copies other people made. Deleted posts show as not found on stillmonk.io within about a minute, and search engines drop them the next time they visit. Copies that other people or services made can stay visible for a while, and we cannot remove those.
If you only want a pause
You can sign out instead, or turn off your reminders. Nothing about your climb changes while you are away.
If you are leaving because something in the app did not work for you, we would like to hear what, in Ideas & Feedback or through Contact support. It is never required.
