Start here: what belongs in Resources, and help beyond this app

Resources is for what has helped: a practice, a habit, a book or a podcast. One line on why it helped makes it useful to the next person.

From the team

In this category you will find some of our favourite practices and stories from the Stillmonk Library, one per post. Each one is short, and all of them are in the Library tab in the app.

When you share

•
Say what helped, and why, in a line or two.
•
For a book, the title, the author and the one idea you took from it are often more useful than a review.
•
Links cannot be posted here. A title and an author are enough for someone to find it.
•
Please skip anything that promises a quick fix.
•
No selling, and no affiliate codes.

Help beyond this app

Stillmonk is a companion, not medical care. If urges feel unmanageable for a long stretch, or the habit is getting in the way of your work, sleep or relationships, talking to a doctor or a qualified therapist is a strong, ordinary choice.
If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number, or find a crisis line near you at findahelpline.com.
