Welcome to the Stillmonk Community

Welcome. This is a shared camp for everyone on the climb: people leaving porn behind, one day and one step at a time.

One community, two doors

You can read and write here from the Community tab in the app, or on the web at stillmonk.io/community. It is one community, so a reply on the web shows up in the app straight away.

It is public

Anyone can read what is posted here, without an account, and search engines can show it in their results. That includes every category, Struggles & Support too. So please:
•
Use a name you go by, not your full name.
•
Leave out where you live or work, and anything that identifies someone else.
•
Share only what you are comfortable having public.
Your day count, check-ins, reasons and Sage conversations stay in the app. They are never shown here.

Posting

Reading is open to everyone. Posting, commenting and liking are for Stillmonk members: sign in with the same account you use in the app. You can delete anything you write at any time, with or without a plan. Editing needs an active plan.

The guidelines

•
Lead with care. Everyone here is climbing something. Encourage, do not judge.
•
No graphic detail. Speak to the feeling, not the method.
•
Protect privacy. Share your own story, never someone else's.
•
Report, do not argue. Reports are private, and they go to the team's report queue.
•
This is not a crisis line. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
The full guidelines are at stillmonk.io/community/guidelines.

In for 4, hold for 4, out for 6. Stay with it while the urge softens.

THIS WEEK'S CHECK-IN
When the team pins a weekly check-in in Daily Practice, it shows here. Until then, Daily Practice has the latest threads.
